Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. Because all fine art prints are custom-produced to order by a professional print lab, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please review product descriptions and size options carefully before placing your order.

Fine art prints — final sale

All fine art paper prints are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted to our print lab.

Damaged or defective items

If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no charge. To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us at hello@natearnoldbirds.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
  3. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement to be produced and shipped at no additional cost.

We are unable to offer replacements for damage that occurs after delivery, or for items reported more than 7 days after the confirmed delivery date.

Greeting cards

Greeting cards may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Color accuracy

Every fine art print is produced on a professionally calibrated press using archival pigment inks. Colors may appear slightly different from your screen depending on your monitor's calibration, brightness, and color profile. Variation in screen display is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a replacement. If you have questions about a specific image before purchasing, please contact us.

Lost or stolen packages

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbors and your building management, then contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with documentation to support your claim.
